No Returns:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, incorrect product selection, or change of mind.
No Refunds:
Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
In the case of defective or damaged products, please contact us at info@creativepackers.com within 7 days of receiving your order , along with photo evidence of the issue. We will review your case and determine an appropriate resolution.
If we found the product defective or damaged, in this case only we will provide you replacement.
We will provide replacement within 3-5 business days.
If product is not available for replacement then we will initiate the refund, Approved refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 Business days.
Order Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been confirmed and payment has been processed.
Shipping Errors or Damage:
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@creativepackers.com within 1 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We will work with you to address the problem.
